Get Asset Categories

GET 
/v1/market/asset-categories

This endpoint retrieves all available asset categories in the system. Asset categories are used to classify different types of financial instruments (e.g., Stocks, ETFs, Cryptocurrencies). The response includes category IDs, names, and other relevant metadata.
