Get Micro Portfolio by ID

/v1/micro-portafolio/:id/:userId

This endpoint retrieves a specific micro portfolio by its ID for a given user. It validates the user's access rights to the requested portfolio. The response includes detailed information about the portfolio if found and accessible.
